DoubleDouble produced a series of films for DG Regio, European Commission, through TIPIK. It is part of a series of films which illustrate the use of cohesion funds in some european regions. DoubleDouble developed the content and the form for these films. This one highlights the VOMARE project (Voluntary Maritime Rescue) in the island of Bågaskär in Finland.
