Question

The idea for this style of website came from an original idea by the owner of "www.maritime-rescue.com" using the overall title 'Maritime Rescue'. The decision was taken to change the identity of the website to show the collaboration of like minded people involved in rescues from the water.

Our Aim !
"To have an area for people involved in rescues from the water to show our visitors what we do and how we do it, in an on-line community"

We hope to welcome many new members to the website who can contribute articles for inclusion on these pages, for more details on what we aim to achieve why not take a look at our aim for the future of the site.

Because the people involved in the content of this site are serving members in the Maritime Rescue World, the information you will find here is 'first hand and reliable'!  This website is information and content driven, not a place to copy & paste other peoples hard work.

We are looking for contributors for articles and items for the website.

We need more members in the Senior Admin Resource Team to contribute to, lead or moderate the areas below:

Airborne Dive Rescue Lifeguarding Shore Crew
Boat Handling
Event Organisers Mechanical Surf Rescue
Coastal Patrol Fire Boat Rescue Navigation Swift Water Rescue
Coast Guards Fund Raising Photography Training & Assessment
Communications Rescue Instructors Rescue Swimmers Vessels

Organisations are more than welcome to join us by registering as a group.

If you are involved in other related areas we would like to welcome you too!

You will need to be a registered member to post on the site!
